Installing QuickTime for Windows
Internet Explorer
download QuickTime If you don't have QuickTime installed you will see a black screen where video should be displaying. At the top of your screen there is an information bar telling you about Installing a QuickTime ActiveX control. Choose to install by clicking "Install ActiveX Control". 
When you choose to install ActiveX Internet Explorer asks if you are sure you want to install. Choose to install. After this confirmation you are asked again if you would like to install QuickTime. Choose Yes. 
You will now be directed to the Apple Computers webpage for QuickTime downloads. Uncheck the Sign-Up options and choose "Free Download Now" ` 
QuickTime will appear in your downloads folder or to another folder you specify. Double-click the QuickTime icon to install. download QuickTime |
